Emerging artists needed a fair and engaging way to showcase their talent, while audiences and judges needed clear, simple ways to discover, evaluate, and participate.
The main challenges were:
Designing a platform that balanced creators, judges, and audiences
Supporting competition-led engagement without overwhelming users
Made competitions feel clear, credible, and motivating
Turning abstract ideas into usable product flows at an early stage
Creating a foundation that could scale beyond the first version
As part of the core founding team, I shaped the product from the earliest stage.
My focus was on:
Defining the core experience strategy for creators, judges, and audiences
Designing the competition and submission flows that formed the heart of the platform for MVP
Forming clear structured Statistics flows for judges to make reviewing process more intuitive and credible
Translating abstract ideas and evolving requirements into clear, testable product flows
Aligning design decisions with long-term platform scalability and creator needs
Working closely with founders to shape the product vision and direction
