Logistics teams had to manage trips, assets, sensors, and alerts across multiple systems. Information was fragmented, highly technical, and difficult to interpret during active operations.
The main challenges were:
Understanding trip progress and issues in real time
Tracking assets, sensors, and readers together within trips
Identifying delays, route deviations, and anomalies quickly
Making confident decisions with complex operational data
I was responsible for the design direction and execution of multiple core workflows across the platform.
This included:
Leading end-to-end UI/UX design for key logistics and monitoring systems
Designing Trip Intelligence flows, including expected vs unexpected route visualization
Creating dwelling points to surface where and why trips were delayed
Designing trip timeline widgets to show events, alerts, and anomalies over time
Integrating asset–sensor–reader monitoring directly into trip views
Defining inferred pairing flows to automatically link assets, sensors, and trips
Simplifying complex sensor and logistics data into clear, scannable interfaces
Ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple modules
Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Mentoring junior designers, reviewing work, and maintaining UX quality
